Report a Problem (In-App)

If you encounter a bug, technical issue, or something isn't working as expected, you can report it directly from the app:

  1. Open the Prompture app
  2. Tap the Menu icon (☰)
  3. Select "Report a problem"
  4. Describe the issue you're experiencing
  5. Submit your report

This helps us investigate and fix issues faster. Including details like what you were doing when the problem occurred, your device model, and any error messages you saw helps us resolve issues more quickly.

Provide Feedback

We value your feedback and suggestions for improving Prompture. You can share your ideas in several ways:

  • In-App Report: Use the "Report a problem" feature in the app's Menu to share feedback or suggestions
  • Email: Send your thoughts directly to support@prompture.app

Whether it's a feature request, usability improvement, or general feedback about your experience, we appreciate hearing from you.

What to Include in Your Message

To help us assist you better, please include:

  • Description: A clear description of the issue, question, or feedback
  • Steps to reproduce (for bugs): What were you doing when the issue occurred?
  • Device information: Your device model and operating system version (e.g., iPhone 14, iOS 17)
  • Screenshots (if applicable): Visual examples help us understand the issue faster
  • Your email or username: So we can follow up with you
